"Out of this World" P.B. Chocolate Cake

Cake;
1C water
1C butter
6T cocoa
2C flour
1t baking soda
1/2t salt
2C sugar
2 eggs
1/2C sour cream
In a small saucepan bring water, butter and cocoa to a low boil. Remove from heat. In a large bowl combine the flour, soda and salt. Pour the sugar on the top of the flour mixture. Pour the boiling mixture on the top of the sugar (this creates a fudge like reaction as the two combine). Add eggs and sour cream and mix until combined.
Grease and flour 2-9" round cake pans. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting;
1/2C butter, softened
1/2C peanut butter
4T milk
1t vanilla
3-4C powdered sugar
Cream together butter, peanut butter, milk and vanilla. Slowly add in powdered sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Top with crushed peanut butter cups.
