The girls and I decided, spur of the moment, to head to Long Beach for the quilt show. Here are some of my favorite quilts and aprons that were there. It has inspired me to achieve a lot more in my quilting. Some of these women are just amazing. The work they do is so immaculate.
On the way home we got stuck in a major traffic jam. People were on the top of there cars and walking on the highway...people got so desperate that little "rice burners" were trying to off road to get out of the mess. Why are people such idiots?...they will do anything...even if it ruins their cars. As we started to move again we saw that an RV caught on fire. The only thing left of the RV was the frame. Soooo sad, everyone got out safe...thank goodness)

Haha Hey I was stuck in that same traffic jam. :) We were laughing at the off roaders too!
